Bugatti Veyron,$1,700,000:
This car can be seen hardly running on the roads as it’s very very expensive. It claims to be fastest car with a speed of 253 mph+; but the car which is called as the fastest car the title goes to SSC Ultimate Aero with a speed of more than 253 mph. So Bugatti comes on the second place in the fastest cars category. This car is produced by Bugatti headquarters in Château St Jean in Molsheim, France.
SSC Ultimate Aero $654,400:
The American-built SSC Aero TT is a supercar built by Shelby Super Cars (SSC) in order to rival the new Bugatti Veyron with speeds of over 250 mph (400 km/h) and a 0-60 mph time of just 2.78 seconds (for the Ultimate Aero TT version). The company and vehicle are the brainchilds of Jerod Shelby, who spent over seven years designing the Aero. The car is the world’s fastest production car at 255.83 mph (411.707 km/h), a speed reportedly achieved on September 13, 2007 in West Richland, WA. The results of this test, if verified by Guiness World Records, will give the SSC Aero the world’s fastest production car title. The Aero’s styling includes the use of flip doors similar to the ones found on the Mercedes-McLaren SLR, and the Ferrari Enzo, to name a few. It uses carbon fiber and titanium extensively throughout the car, keeping the weight down to 1233 kg (for the standard Aero). For the Ultimate Aero, weight is further reduced to 1179 kg by marking the navigation system, 10-speaker audio/CD/DVD system, video/DVD screen, and back-up camera as optional equipment; and removing air-conditioning and any trunk space altogether.
. Pagani Zonda Roadster F C12S 7.3 $667,321:
The Pagani Zonda is a supercar produced by Pagani in Italy. It debuted in 1999 and continues through the present, with production proceeding at roughly 25 cars per year. As of December, 2005, 60 Zondas had been built. It is a mid-engined 2-seat coupe and convertible. Construction is mainly of carbon fiber. The Zonda Roadster F debuted at the 2006 Geneva show. It is similar to the coupe, but with a removable carbon fibre roof and canvas side curtains weighing just 11 lb (5 kg). Production of the Roadster F is suggested at 25 units. The Roadster F is able to maintain chassis rigidity without any gain in curb weight by eschewing conventional thinking by not strengthening the sills – a process which would have needed more than 35 kg of reinforcement. Pagani instead uses racecar thinking, materials and construction techniques, strengthening the firewall structure of the chassis tub together with billet alloy braces that connect the points where the roof rails would have joined. The windscreen is also strengthened for safety reasons. These techniques enable the Roadster to have virtually the same weight as the coupe – 1230 kg (2712 lb).
Oldsmobile Aerotech!!
At over 20 years old, the first Aerotech might seem like the geriatric grandpa of this group, but it's here for a good reason. In 1987 race-car legend AJ Foyt drove the Aerotech I to a closed course speed of 257.123 mph, a record that stands to this day. What really impresses me however, is that the engine was no more than a modified version of GM's 2 Litre Turbo Quad 4. Later versions of the Aerotech used a V-8 and broke plenty of other records, but they never quite managed to top AJ's mark.
Mazda Furai very sexxy:
Even with concept cars that are drivable, rarely do they hit more than 2 mph as they are carefully moved from transporter to display stand at the various car shows. That can't be said of the Mazda Furai, however, as it's basically an American LeMans Series race car clothed in a swanky new street legal body. The Furai's three rotor Wankel engine runs on E100 ethanol to deliver about 450 horsepower, although there's no word as to what the translates to in real on the road numbers.
Speaking of translations, Furai in English comes out as roughly The Sound of Wind, although I'm not sure if that conveys the exact nuance they were looking for.
Hennessey Venom GT:
Weber Sportscars Faster One:
Once you reach a certain rarefied level, the line between concept cars and production vehicles becomes pretty blurry. While I'm sure the folks at Weber Sportscars would insist that theirs is a real production car, it's not clear how many running Faster Ones they've actually built. Still, I expect the Swiss company will be happy to take your $1.6 million check should you wish to place an order. When you get your Webber Faster One, (kind of sounds like it was named by an 11 year old), it will have a 900 bhp V-8 with GM LS7 origins, and a claimed top speed of 249 mph.
GM EcoJet cool car:
Most people know that Jay Leno is a major car nut, but how many realize that he's also passionate about the environment? Of course his idea of a green-friendly supercar is somewhat removed from the norm, and after going through several design ideas on the back of a napkin, this is what he and his team came up with. The EcoJet is based around Corvette C6 chassis components housed under a sleek Cadillac-inspired body, but instead of a big V-8, there's a Honeywell LT-101 jet engine that runs on biodiesel mounted behind the seats. That's good for about 650 horsepower, although other performance figures were not released.
Audi R Zero:
You probably wouldn't guess by looking at it, but that zero in R Zero stands for no emissions, indicating that this stunning creation is actually an electric car. Before you go dismissing the R Zero as another tree hugger special that's all show and no go, let me tell you that the four electric motors (one per wheel) in the R Zero deliver a amazing total of 1,091 horsepower. This means that despite the weight of all its batteries, the R Zero streaks from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3 seconds on its way up to 286 mph. Now, who wants to be a tree hugger?
Acura Advanced Sports Car:
It was Acura's mid-engined NSX from 1990 which showed everyone that they were capable of producing more than just gussied-up Hondas, but that old dog finally died a couple of years back. This is what its replacement will look like, and the production version should start rolling off the lines next year. Showing a bit more of Acura's softer, more luxurious side, the ASCC seems more like a fancy GT than it's hair-shirt predecessor. But the rumored V-10 engine, up from the NSX's V-6, should provide plenty of grunt. Acura hasn't yet provided any performance figures, so it's place in the pecking order is hard to determine.
BMW M1 Homage looking sexxy:
While few Americans have ever heard of it, 30 years ago BMW launched a supercar called the M1 that was developed out of a stillborn collaboration with Lamborghini. The whole endeavor was a bit of a fiasco, so it's interesting that the Bavarian car maker has decided to commemorate its anniversary with the M1 Homage concept car. I know that our picture looks a bit like an artist's rendering, but that's an actual photograph of a car. Well, I should qualify that, because the M1 Homage has no mechanical bits, and is simply a design study without any plans for production. Still, it looks like it might be able to go 250 mph if they were to slot in a V-10 engine from the M5 sedan.
Jaguar XJ220 hot cars:
One mistake that manufacturers sometimes make is to take deposits from customers for a new model based on the concept version. This is what happened to Jaguar after it started showing off the XJ220 concept at car shows in 1988. They took literally hundreds of orders with cash deposits for the V12 four-wheel drive supercar, only to discover that they couldn't actually make a street-legal version with all of those features intact. By the time they finally delivered the first customer car, the big V-12 had shrunk to a 3.5L V-6, and the four-wheel drive was gone. Customers were pissed, and some demanded their money back. Ironically, the production version's performance was actually very similar to the prototype, which was capable of 0 to 60 mph on 3.5 seconds and over 200 mph.
Porsche Carrera GT $484,000:
The Porsche Carrera GT is a supercar, manufactured by Porsche of Germany. The Carrera GT is powered by an all-new 5.7 litre V10 engine producing 612 SAE horsepower (450 kW). Porsche claims it will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62.5 mph) in 3.9 seconds and has a maximum speed of 330 km/h (206 mph), although road tests indicated that in actuality the car could accelerate from 0-60 in under 3.5 seconds and to 0-100 in 6.8 seconds and has a top speed of 335-340km/h (209-212.5mph).
Koenigsegg CCX $600,910:
The Koenigsegg CCX is the latest supercar from Koenigsegg. CCX is an abbreviation for Competition Coupe X. The X commemorates the 10th anniversary of the completion and test drive of the first CC vehicle in 1996. The CCX is intended to be more suitable for the U.S. market and thus engineered to comply with US regulations. The CCX is powered by a Koenigsegg designed and assembled, all aluminium, 4700 cm³ DOHC 32-valve V8 based on the Ford Modular engine architecture enhanced with twin Rotrex centrifugal superchargers with response system, 1.2 bar boost pressure and an 8.2:1 compression ratio. The engine produces 806 hp (601 kW) and 678 lbf.ft (920 Nm) on 91 octane (U.S. rating) gasoline, 850 hp (634 kW) on 96 octane (Euro rating) gasoline and 900 hp (671 kW) on biofuel
Alfa Romeo Brera 3.2 JTS V6 Q4 SV:
The Alfa Romeo Brera first appeared as a concept car at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show. It was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Italdesign Giugiaro, and was a large luxury sports car with V8 power. Before it was released, the Alfa Brera concept car was voted "Best of Show" by Autoweek magazine at the Geneva Motor Show, "Best of Show" in the prototype category at the Villa d?Este Concorso D?Eleganze, it picked up two prizes at Challenge Bibendum 2002, and "the Most Fascinating Car" award at the Super Car Rally 2002 form Paris to Monte Carlo.
Speed Racer's Mach 5 goes to Detroit:
Although, like most Hollywood prop cars (and more than a few Hollywood people), it will probably be just an empty shell.
The real-life version of the Mach 5 was first revealed back in June, around the time production plans for the movie were announced. Sadly, previous reports say the driving scenes were filmed with the Mach 5 on a crane, and most of the effects were computer-generated. Still, it's fun to imagine tearing down the road in that sweet little road rocket. If I were Trixie, I'd insist on driving.
Ferrari 599XX, 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE Launching In Geneva,Looking Sexxy;
We're told to expect the Handling GT Evoluzione (HGTE) package to include newly designed 20-inch wheels wrapped in more aggressive rubber, stiffer springs, thicker antiroll bars, a retuned exhaust system and a new front grille. Expect the optional handling package to tack an additional $25,000 onto the 599's price tag.
The 599XX is Ferrari's rolling tester for the latest technological developments from the company's road-going and Formula One work. Although specifics haven't been revealed, Ferrari claims many of the systems implemented for the 599XX are being used for the first time and have been exclusively developed for the model.
We're extremely pleased by the announcement of the 599XX program, which seems like the GTB version of the Ferrari FXX. Everything Ferrari is saying about the F99XX is similar to what they said about the FXX and we can only hope this means they'll sell a limited number of track-only 599XX supercars to the super rich for the rest of us to gawk at.

Porsche's winter fantasy camp,Cool car:
The twisty road course, built on top of a golf course, is the training ground for Camp4 Colorado, a winter driving school hosted by the Porsche Travel Club, an offshoot of the Porsche Sport Driving School. Here, with professional instruction, participants drive the Porsche 911 Carrera 4, the Carrera 4S, and the Cayenne SUV, in a variety of exercises designed to familiarize drivers with how the cars respond in low-traction conditions.
When I was invited to participate in the program, I was both excited and hesitant; this California girl has hardly ever seen snow, let alone driven in it.
Camp4 offers both a one-day program and a five-day program. The longer school is a combination of driving instruction and recreational activities (with only two-and-a-half days of actual driving time). Our media program was a tad modified--we did one full day of driving, with some additional organized activities afterward.
While the weather was still fair, a team of designers mapped out the track circuit, careful to avoid obstacles such as sand traps. When winter hit, the builders used a "snow cat" tractor to pack snow into the grass over a period of a couple of weeks to create a base layer. Then, a water truck was used to run about 75,000 gallons of reconstituted water over the track, one section at a time, to create a layer of ice. Finally, fresh snow was dragged over the ice to create a powdery finish. That's no small feat.
Another thing that impressed me about Camp4 was the quality of the driving instructors. Most, if not all, had professional racing experience--including rally, open-wheel, drifting, and Nascar (though I won't hold the latter against them).
Our day began with a classroom session, where we learned about vehicle dynamics such as weight transfer, cornering, and traction, and how applying steering, throttle, and brakes in different combinations could control (or fail to control) a car in a slippery situation.
After class, it was time to head up the mountain to the track.

Winter driving tips from Porsche:
Cars respond more slowly on slippery surfaces. Always wait a moment after steering, braking, or accelerating to see how the car behaves before giving it more input.
Visibility is greatly reduced in bad weather. Make sure you can see clearly, and turn on your headlights.
Brake carefully and accelerate more gently.
Get the car pointed where you want to go before getting on the gas.
Be aware of reduced grip.
Take corners at lower speeds.
Brake sooner and longer than on dry surfaces.
Apex later.
Look for fresh snow - it provides more grip.
Avoid icy ruts.
Check tire pressures monthly - tire pressure can change by 1 psi for every 10 degree F change in temperature (use manufacturer-recommended pressure).
And perhaps the most important tip taught in every driving school, whether it's in the snow or on the pavement

CARS Of The Year,Italian luxury :
Italian luxury car manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini is suing a Saskatoon replica car company, claiming the local business used trademarked logos and created counterfeit imitations of one of its famous cars.
North American Exotic Replica Cars Inc. (NAERC), which manufactures and distributes replica Lamborghini Diablo kit cars out of a location near Eighth Street, creates the illusion that a modified stock car is a true Lamborghini, the Italian company alleges in its statement of claim.
NAERC's use of the logos and designs creates the impression that the converted cars are endorsed by, sponsored by, connected with or originated with the Sant'Agata Bologna-based company, the claim says.
"Replica cars are made all the time," said Lamborghini's Saskatoon lawyer, Richard Danyliuk. "(But) if you, for example, manufacture a replica of a 1953 Corvette you don't call it a Corvette, you call it something else. Here, the allegation is the defendants are simply calling it a Lamborghini and using the logos."
The luxury car company wants an interim and permanent injunction against NAERC, restraining it from continuing with business, as well as an accounting for all sales, revenue and profits and further unspecified damages. Danyliuk said it's not out of the ordinary for companies to defend intellectual property and brand rights.
"That branding comes with significant effort and expense on the part of the owner, and certainly Lamborghini would not be at all unusual in taking steps to protect its property and protect its investment," he said.
Randy Klassen, NAERC's sole employee, said several kit car operations in the United States are close to, if not already, being sued by Lamborghini and other car companies. Lawsuits, plus a falling American dollar, are leading to a decline in the industry, he said.
"We probably sell a quarter of what we used to do now, so it's slowed down a lot, and I think a lot of it had to do with when the U.S. dollar dropped right down to nothing," Klassen said.
NAERC's kits cost between $59,000 and $79,000 each, he explained. The company, which won a Good Manufacturing Practices award at the Knotts Berry Farm Kit Car Show in April 2007, according to its website, also sells individual parts for car modifications. To build a replica Lamborghini, a custom-made chassis or a Pontiac Fiero is required as a base, Klassen said.
Kits include reproductions of Lamborghini logos, Klassen confirmed. Replica vehicles are almost identical to the real deal.
"For most people, no, they can't tell the difference, there's a few people who are Lamborghini enthusiasts who can spot things out, but for the most part it's pretty close," he said, adding people make the cars as a hobby.
"It's more for people wanting to show off what they built and what people's skills are. A lot of people will say, 'Oh, it's a kit car, big deal,' but the amount of time and money that goes into building these cars -- it's more for that person themselves building it."

WANT A ALFA 8C SPIDER? STAND IN LINE!
If you are like us – we have been trying to get our hands on a Alfa 8C Spider to just see what it would feel like to drive. However, we definitely had to stand in line and will continue to stand in line for the Alfa 8C Spider for this car is absolutely one of the best and it is by far one of the most admired cars on the market right now. There are only a handful of people who will actually get to drive this particular car and we are not one of them.
The Alfa 8C Spider is also going to be one of the most expensive cars on the market as well and you know what? It is so going to be worth it. This car is going to be beyond classy and sporty, it is moving itself into the top luxury car in the world and that to me is a great, great thing.
So if you have been dreaming about the Alfa 8C Spider – keep dreaming because they are only making about five hundred and only about thirty five are making it to the U S of A!
THE DODGE CHALLENGER: IT’S PRETTY COOL!
When you are looking for a car that is going to be dubbed as your dream car – honestly, you need to make sure that it is pretty overall kick ass. To be honest, my dream car is a car that is not only well-known, but also a car that they redid this year and for all of the years coming. The Dodge Charger is definitely one of the best cars in the world to be dubbed as your dream car and I thought I would share mine.
Now, this particular model is an oldie, but it is a goodie in my book. It’s from 2006, however, I think that it looks absolutely beautiful and if I had a 2006 Dodge Charger I think I could definitely die a happy person. What do you guys think? Do you have a dream car that you have been coveting forever? You should, everyone should!
Dodge is such a great brand too. I don’t know why more people don’t own Dodge trucks and cars, I think they are very, very reliable!
2009 BUGATTI VEYRON GRANDSPORT 16.4 - EXPENSIVE TO OWN, IMPOSSIBLE TO INSURE:
The 2009 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 was selling faster than expected, with 230 of the then-planned 300 already sold (at $1.7 million each) before the car’s even more expensive successor, the 2009 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 GrandSport was formally presented at Pebble Beach last August, with the very first of them subsequently being auctioned off for a hefty sum of $2.9 million, though the proceeds did go to charity.
The 2009 Bugatti Veyron GrandSport packs a punch, at least powertrain wise. It’s got an 8.0 liter, 1001 horsepower quad-turbocharged 16 cylinder engine that pushes out 922 lb-ft of torque at 2200 rpm, and that’s mated to a 7-speed DSG transmission.
With all that power, however, comes a significant price. As if Bugatti cars weren’t elite enough already, only 150 of the GrandSports will ever see ownership, and the first fifty of those were reserved for existing Bugatti owners, who, no doubt, see no issue with plunking down a cool $2.2 million for a roadster.
The GrandSport, they say, is worth every penny, with its thickened-for-safety A-pillars and dual rollover bars on the air intakes on the top of the clear polycarbonate targa-style roof. And with that top up, the car can almost fly, reaching a top speed of 253 mph.
ABT AUDI R8 = PERFECTION!
There are very few cars that most people consider dream cars, however, the ABT Audi R8 sports car definitely one car that people should consider a dream car. This car is actually one of the few sports cars out there that looks amazing, runs fantastic and is all around perfection embodied right inside of it.
The attention to detail on this particular sports car is impossible and the fact that this car is revved up and ready to go it incredible. Everything from the engine all the way to the rear spoiler really just screams attention and this car is definitely an attention-grabber!
The ABT Audi R8 features an aerodynamically efficient Abt body kit, which also includes carbon-fibre parts, is a real eye catcher but also shows the state-of-the-art Bavarian precision work, so you know that you are going to be getting a car that is not only beautiful but one that is well-made and will look great on the road!
Lamborghini Murciélago :
Several years ago, executives from Lamborghini took everything they know about their existing flagship model - the Murciélago - and went back to the drawing board. They locked their best engineers in a room with nothing more than a few scraps of food and some drawings of fighter jets and told them simply: 'Make the best even better.'
Out came the LP640
The latest evolution of the Murciélago is a study in refinement -- Lamborghini literally took the best-performing, best-handling, and best-looking machine they've ever produced and made it even better-performing, better-handling, and better-looking.
The LP640 Roadster is a viscious as its kin -- the monstrous V12 now pumps out 640hp and fires to an 8500rpm redline. 0-60 time has been reduced to an eye-blinking 3.3 seconds. The interior is coated head-to-toe in carbon fiber accents and its massive carbon ceramic brakes make sure stopping power is in-line with its starting power (and 640hp is plenty.)
Our Murciélago comes fully loaded from the factory, featuring:
- E-gear tiptronic transmission (clutch is operated automatically)
- Stunning pearl white exterior paint
- An interior coated in black leather and carbon fiber
- Massive carbon ceramic (CCB) brakes
- In-dash GPS navigation w/ iPod stereo integration
- Xenon (HID) headlights
And our warning still applies: This car makes everything else on the road look boring, and its exotic look doesn't only turn heads -- it stops traffic (so be careful!)
As with all of our vehicles, free delivery of your rental is available throughout South Florida from West Palm Beach to Miami, including Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Delray Beach and Hollywood. Delivery to Orlando, Tampa, Naples and other areas is available for a small additional fee.
Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder:
The Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. This car is one of the most exotic, most exciting, most fun, most outrageous, most absurd, and most absolutely phenomenal cars on the road. With a number of refinements for the '06 model year, the Gallardo platform has been improved to offer a more comfortable ride (yes, we said comfortable in reference to a Lamborghini) and power output has been increased to 520hp. And people don't just stare -- they gawk. They scream. This is the only Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder available for rental in the New York area. For that matter, this is the only Gallardo Spyder available for rental anywhere.
Our Gallardo Spyder comes fully loaded from the factory, featuring:
- E.gear tiptronic transmission (clutch is operated automatically)
- Three-layer pearlescent paint
- Yellow interior stitching & seat piping
- Power seats
- Heated wing mirrors
- On-board trip computer
- In-dash GPS-based navigation system
- CD changer & SD card-based MP3 player
- Xenon (HID) headlights
And our warning applies more than ever: This car makes everything else on the road (including the Gallardo coupe!) look boring, and its exotic look doesn't only turn heads -- it stops traffic...so be careful!
Maserati Quattroporte:
The brand-new Maserati GranTurismo is one of the most innovative and exciting cars to come from legendary automaker Maserati in a very, very long time. This car is a hands-down winner.
A nearly perfect blend of comfort and performance, the GranTurismo is a complete grounds-up redesign of Maserati's popular-but-underrated Coupe, and this baby packs a wallop. Its 405-hp Ferrari F430-derived motor screams near redline yet maintains a throty and muscular growl. Handling is smooth and precise and power is available at all RPMs. It's so comfortable, in fact, that one can easily forget that one is driving a performance sports car -- that is, until you give the throttle a kick.
We particularly love the GranTurismo because it's a rare blend of performance and practicality, and our clients appreciate it. You can more than comfortably seat 4 adults (i.e. it has a real, honest-to-goodness back seat), it has plenty of luggage space, a terrific in-dash GPS system, and oh, did we mention it's dead sexy? Options include:
- Butter-smooth 6-speed ZF automatic transmission
- Comfortable seating for 4 adults
- Blue brake calipers
- Custom black stitching on the interior
- In-dash GPS-based navigation system & MP3 player
- Maserati Hi-Fi Stereo System
- Xenon (HID) headlights
As with all of our vehicles, delivery of your rental is available throughout the tri-state area (New York / NY, Long Island & The Hamptons, New Jersey / NJ, and Connecticut / CT), Maryland, Delaware, and the Northeast (including Pennsylvania / Philadelphia, PA and just about anywhere from Boston to Washington, D.C.).
Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 Roadster :
The Lamborghini Murciélago is the undisputed king of exotic cars. And Gotham Dream Cars is proud to offer this stunning red example as part of our rental fleet.
Lamborghini's flagship Murciélago is a 580hp V12 behemoth. Its massive engine roars to nearly 8000 rpm and can shuttle the car to 205mph effortlessly. The Formula 1-inspired E.gear transmission makes shifts smooth and solid. And an electronically-adjustable suspension instantly switches from 'comfort' (if you can call it that) to 'race' modes at the touch of a button. It even features a hydraulic lift system to help edge the nose up those steep driveways. Trust us -- this is one driving experience you will never, ever forget.
Our Murciélago comes fully loaded from the factory, featuring:
- E.gear tiptronic transmission (clutch is operated automatically)
- Red interior stitching

Bentley Continental Flying Spur Aston Martin DB9:
The Continental GTC is simply a drop-dead gorgeous car. Bentley took their extremely popular mold-breaking GT coupe and did what every luxury car rental enthusiast has been waiting for - installed a seamless convertible roof that looks as good up as it does down. The GTC, like it's siblings the GT and the Flying Spur, is a perfect hybrid between ultra-luxury and ultra-performance. This Bentley is raw, unadulterated power balanced with deeply refined class. And it seats four. And it's a convertible.
A nail-biting 550hp twin-turbo V12 growls beneath the hood of this stately roadster that defines 'Grand Touring'. Equally suited on the highway as it is on a city street, the Continental GTC features a stunningly detailed luxury wood-trimmed interior, complete with a Breitling analog chronograph as well as the latest GPS-based navigation system.
Should you tire of the Bentley's harmonious V12 (you won't), the hi-fidelity stereo is unparalleled in it's quality and definition.
One of the Continental GTC's most remarkable features is its electronically-controlled adjustable suspension system which, at the touch of a button, can vary 4 steps between 'comfort mode' -- perfectly suited to glide you over the most agonizing potholes -- to all-out 'sport mode', which instantly puts the car on rails and gives the driver unmistakable control, stability, road feedback, and performance handling. The GTC is a truly an exotic hybrid, and truly a supercar.
